Our PMO Manager will be responsible for driving comprehensive publishing pipeline management and support strategies to ensure the success of key products in Level Infinite's publishing business. This position requires supporting the department head in coordinating and project managing marketing efforts for key projects, ensuring cross-team collaboration, managing the progress of key initiatives, and driving the execution of departmental strategies and operational goals.
Job Description
- Publishing Pipeline Project Management: Support team leads in managing project priorities and overall goals; develop and implement multi-project management strategies and continuously optimize resource allocation plans; align goals with business teams, continuously identify risks and optimization opportunities, track progress, and ensure deliverables;
- Key Project Support: Assist marketing leads in developing global GTM strategies, resolving high-priority issues, breaking down goals, driving full-chain execution, and accumulating best practices;
- Coordinate Key Collaborations: Drive cross-departmental collaboration for key publishing products, closely coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including development studios, regional publishing teams, data and technology teams, and operations teams;
- System Process Operation: Optimize existing marketing support processes, build operational processes and systems that meet project needs and strategic plans, and form clear standards and guidelines for resource input;
- Resource Management Review: Ensure effective budget management and performance monitoring, collaborate with marketing leads to develop investment strategies. Establish a budget tracking system including visual dashboards and reports to support ROI analysis and management decision-making;
- Partner Management: Establish efficient communication mechanisms with senior management and headquarters teams (covering strategy, process, finance, legal, business, and research departments), manage leadership progress reporting, internal communication channels, and serve as a key functional liaison;
- Marketing Capability Building: Integrate marketing experience and best practices from global and regional markets, promote the scaled application of methodologies within the publishing organization, and continuously iterate Tencent's overseas publishing methodology.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management/Business Administration/Marketing or related fields, MBA or Master's preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in strategic operations, business analysis, or project management in the gaming/internet/tech industry. PMP, Agile certification, or other project management certifications are a plus;
- Proactive problem solver, with the ability and experience to drive business breakthroughs, facilitate systemic optimization, and promote best practices, skilled at handling complex collaborative relationships;
- Experience in project management managing multiple project pipelines, capable of driving collaboration, aligning goals, and solving problems in complex environments;
- Familiar with process and budget management, resource allocation, and ROI analysis, with solid financial analysis skills and business acumen;
- Experience collaborating with global and regional marketing and publishing teams. Familiar with the game publishing ecosystem, regional publishing models, and cross-cultural collaboration;
- Deep understanding of the latest global gaming industry trends, familiar with different business models, platforms, regional developments, and passionate about games.
