Material Handler (Tugger)
Job Description
- Picking up and delivering parts to specified areas
- Maintaining stock and work area and record and/or correct all deficiencies
- Receives, identifies, counts, weighs and checks a wide variety of purchased and manufactured goods
- Fills requisitions and orders as required
- Working with our systems to receive, transfer, issue materials, and keep all the inventory accurate within the system
- Prior manufacturing material handler experience
- Good understanding of material flow throughout the departments
- Prior experience using PIT equipment such as a tugger, forklift, etc.
- Ability to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
- Ability to perform physical requirements: standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.

Join us as a Material Handler/Tugger in our Ashland, OH facility.
You will be doing material handling throughout the facility and using a forklift, scanners, and other necessary equipment.
You will:
- Picking up and delivering parts to specified areas
- Maintaining stock and work area and record and/or correct all deficiencies
- Receives, identifies, counts, weighs and checks a wide variety of purchased and manufactured goods
- Fills requisitions and orders as required
- Working with our systems to receive, transfer, issue materials, and keep all the inventory accurate within the system
- You must have prior manufacturing material handler experience (this is not a warehouse position) and a good understanding of material flow throughout the departments.
- Must have prior experience using PIT equipment such as a tugger, forklift, etc.
Compensation:
The hourly pay for this role is: $24.95/hr. DOE. Opportunity for a rate increase after you are proficient in certain skills and have fulfilled training. Determination of pay rate may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, and experience.
Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):
- 1st: 7:00am – 3pm
- 2nd: 3pm – 11am
- 3rd: 11:00pm – 7:00am
- You must be able to work all shifts
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs.
