The HSV Operations team is seeking an operations specialist to manage hardware inventory, including Palladium and Protium products, at a contract manufacturer site. Responsibilities include performing regular inventory cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating inventory sales for excess stock to reduce liability. The specialist will also manage hardware shipment and return activities with local freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries, especially for urgent requests.
Must Have:
  • Perform inventory counts and inventory audits at contractor manufacturer site and inventory discrepancy reconciliation.
  • Perform inventory sales to the market.
  • Maintain supply chain database to track component negotiated pricing, product cost roadmap, supplier’s contracts, and purchasing-related notes.
  • Expedite materials shortages from vendors.
  • Assist purchasing activities (PO generation, past-due POs tracking, open order discrepancy resolution).
  • Assist logistics tasks.
  • 4-6 years working experience in supply chain, purchasing, and inventory management in electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Be able to commute to the contractor manufacturer site when needed.
  • Basic logistics knowledge.
  • SAP experience is required.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.

HSV Operations team is looking for an operation specialist to manage hardware inventory at contract manufacturer site. The hardware includes both Palladium and Protium products. The candidate will perform regular inventory cycle count at the manufacturer’s site and reconciliate inventory discrepancy locally if there is any. The local inventory control task will improve inventory accuracy by doing onsite inventory audits and the real-time inventory variance reconciliation. Besides, for excess inventory at contract manufacturer site, the candidate will coordinate with contract manufacturer to perform inventory sales to open market in order to reduce inventory liability. Other than inventory management task, the operation specialist will also coordinate with local freight forwarder company to schedule hardware shipment and return activities. It will accelerate shipment arrangement and avoid the process delay, especially for urgent delivery requests.
