Merchandising Operations Specialist

We’re seeking a Merchandising Operations Specialist for an exciting hybrid, 3-month contract opportunity in Plantation, FL with one of our leading clients in the retail and e-commerce space.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, innovative team focused on catalog systems within the Merchandising Systems & Services (MSS) organization. As a Merchandising Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the systems and infrastructure that power merchandising operations—contributing to business growth and enhancing customer trust.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new item setup in internal systems, including data entry, content quality review, and collaboration with brand partners.

• Analyze and interpret complex data to ensure catalog accuracy and deliver an enhanced customer experience.

• Assist with catalog-related initiatives, including project work and continuous process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in a corporate, data-driven environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to excel in a fast-paced team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, and tools like JIRA or Confluence.

• Background in software quality or merchandising systems is a plus.
