As a Middle Manual QA Engineer, you will join the QA team to manually test web applications. Your responsibilities include creating and maintaining test documentation, reviewing system specifications, and communicating with development teams. You'll perform manual testing on both desktop and mobile platforms, document and track software issues using Jira, and estimate testing efforts. You'll also reproduce and evaluate customer-reported issues. The role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, along with a keen attention to detail.

2+ years of software testing experience.

Middle Manual QA Engineer (Remote)

Stakelogic is looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for manual testing of web applications, collaborating closely with internal development teams to clarify requirements and uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain up-to-date test documentation.
Review and analyse system specifications.
Communicate with internal development teams to clarify requirements and quality expectations.
Perform manual testing of web applications (games and back-office tools) on desktop and mobile.
Document and track software issues using Jira.
Estimate testing efforts.
Reproduce and evaluate customer-reported issues.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in software testing.
Knowledge of various software testing techniques and methods, with hands-on application experience.
Experience maintaining test documentation (checklists, test cases, etc.).
Experience with Postman or similar tools.
Proficiency with browser developer tools to investigate issues.
Understanding of the software development life cycle.
Understanding of client-server communication.
