Must have:
  • Execute highly complex activities following technical instructions.
  • Perform general uninstallation, washing, and parts preparation.
  • Conduct general assembly, with or without torque control.
  • Read process instructions and interpret technical drawings.
  • Disassemble locomotives, components, propulsion equipment, and motorized wheels.
  • Utilize inductive heaters and controlled metrology equipment.
  • Operate boiler making machines and equipment.
  • Transact, collect, separate, allocate materials, and assemble kits.
  • Dispatch materials to internal and external clients.
  • Perform cyclic and rotating inventory activities and material presentation.
  • Operate forklifts, platforms, and tow trucks.
  • Analyze and control material distribution for internal clients.
  • Execute precision mechanical alignment and assembly.
  • Measure interferences, leaks, mechanical elements, and perform balancing.
  • Understand electro-electronic schematics and components.
  • Utilize electrical measurement equipment and diagnose/repair electronic components.
  • Propose improvements for electrical schematics and ensure NR10 compliance.
  • Conform tubes in 2D and 3D, identify and eliminate pneumatic failures.
  • Fill daily process and quality control reports.
  • Organize workplace according to process instructions and EHS guidelines.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvement (Kaizen Program).
  • Comply with integrity, compliance, and EHS norms.
  • Ensure proper conservation of stored materials.

How will your day-to-day be?

  • Execution of highly complex activities according to technical instructions of the area such as:
  • General uninstallation;
  • Washing and preparation of parts;
  • General assembly that does not require torque control;
  • Reading Process Instructions;
  • Disassembly of locomotives/components, propulsion equipment and motorized wheels;
  • General assembly that requires torque control;
  • Use of inductive heater;
  • Reading and Interpretation of Drawings
  • Use of controlled Metrology equipment;
  • Operation of Boiler Making Machines/Equipment;
  • Material transaction in the system;
  • Collection and Separation of materials;
  • Kit assembly;
  • Material Allocation;
  • Dispatch of Materials to internal and external clients;
  • Performing cyclic and rotating inventory activities;
  • Material Presentation;
  • Operation of Forklift/Platform/Tow Truck;
  • Analysis and control of material distribution for internal clients;
  • Possibility of performing mechanical or electrical or pneumatic activities according to technical instructions of the area such as:
  • Precision mechanical alignment
  • Precision mechanical assembly
  • Ability to measure interferences, leaks and mechanical elements
  • Balancing
  • Adjustments and interchangeability
  • Mechanical seating
  • Schematics and electro-electronic components
  • Use of electrical measurement equipment
  • Diagnosis of electronic components and repair
  • Propose improvements in electrical schematics
  • Compliance with NR10
  • Conforming tubes in 2D and 3D
  • Identify leaks and eliminate pneumatic failures
  • Fill daily process and quality control reports as established by the Quality area.
  • Organize and prepare the workplace according to the activity to be performed following process instructions and EHS guidelines.
  • Contribute with ideas and execution of process improvement – Kaizen Program
  • Comply with integrity and Compliance guidelines, as well as the company's EHS norms and procedures.
  • Ensure the conservation of stored material in adequate conditions, avoiding deterioration and loss.
