Role Description & Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role in Bangalore for a Motion Graphics Designer (2-3 years experience) to work with some exciting new age brands on the verge of a launch and help establish brand solve challenging problems. We are an amazing place to work for folks who are creatively driven, collaborative, excited by the prospect of creating dynamic branded motion-graphic contents & video edits in a close-knit, focused team!

Your responsibilities:

• Create sparkling, engaging communication pieces that are dynamic, interactive and fun
• Develop a unique sense of motion & storytelling for each brand across social media, digital & more
• Contribute to the ideating process with designers, writers & brand managers
• Functioning as creative custodians of brands
• Ability to handle day-to-day communication & seasonal campaigns for 3+ brands simultaneously
• Take complete control of dynamic creative output on brands assigned

Qualifications:

• A background in animation & design software
• Video Editing & Designing experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Aftereffects, Premiere, Illustrator and/or Procreate
• Exposure with working on varied platforms - social media, retail, digital, etc.
• Strong communication skills in English + 2 languages
• 2-3 years of experience as a motion graphic designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and develop creative concepts
• In-depth knowledge of advertising trends and industry best practices
• Experience working in a creative agency is a plus
