RUN Studios is seeking detail-oriented and trustworthy Notetakers to support our client on a project basis for up to 42 hours for an event on October 9th and 10th. You must be available to attend the event on-site in Redmond, WA.

The Notetaker's responsibilities include creating accurate written versions of meeting notes. Shorthand skills are desired, and previous experience with professional notetaking is needed. 

To be successful as a Notetaker, you should be disciplined and have excellent listening skills. Outstanding candidates have superb reading and editing skills, as well as the ability to focus for long periods.

As a Notetaker, You Will
    

  • Attend assigned meetings and take notes while in session, reviewing any recorded content to ensure complete and detailed notes, capturing main topics, discussion points, actions and follow steps to be taken.
  • Produce detailed and cohesive notes, meeting the client specifications, including template use with specific formatting as provided.
  • Complete note drafts for review and changes for final deliverables within the set timeframe.
  • Comply with NDA and the secure handling of confidential information.
  • Attend orientation and training meetings as scheduled.

As an Applicant, You Bring    

  • Mastery of MS Office, MS Teams, and other software.
  • A high degree of professionalism and a superb work ethic.
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
  • Previous experience notetaking.

Compensation:    

Pay Range: $30 – $35 (Hourly)     

The successful candidate’s starting pay within this range will be based on various factors such as individual qualifications and work location.

Benefits and perks may vary depending on location and nature of the work, but eligible employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and AD&D benefits, health savings and flexible spending accounts, other telehealth and wellness benefits, a minimum of seven paid holidays per year, accrual of at least 6.5 days (Temporary Employment) to at least 15 days (Regular Employment) of paid time off per year, a 401k plan with company match, discretionary bonuses dependent on company, team or individual performance, and referral bonuses for eligible hired referrals.
