Job Description
- Provide technical and functional support for the Murex trading platform (Murex 3.x).
- Resolve incidents and manage system configurations across front-to-back office functions.
- Collaborate with traders, risk teams, and IT departments for smooth trade lifecycle operations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and operational risk.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and environment validation activities.
- Work with MxML, Datamart, workflows, and other Murex components for configuration and support.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and support documentation standards.
- Prior experience in Murex support within a financial institution is highly desirable.
