As a Named Account Executive, you will own a defined book of prospects and customers in the Commercial Business Unit (CBU). You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships, aligning Salesforce’s value proposition to customer business objectives, and driving sustained growth. Must have:
  • Define and implement account sales plans and then meet and exceed sales goals (quotas) through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned geographic territory
  • Develop and lead sales pipeline – prospect and assess new sales potential while moving a large number of transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline
  • Run and supervise customer and transactional information in a CRM system
  • Coordinate sources throughout the sales cycle, including product support and sales engineering
  • Provide initial product demonstrations and general support to prospective customers
  • Nurture and expand the company’s relationship within customer accounts
  • Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system
  • Stay ahead of competition, driven issues and products
  • Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff
  • Participate in team‐building and company‐growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care.
  • Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
  • 7+ years sales and/or lead qualification experience (including outbound prospecting)
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish is required. Ability to communicate at a business level, both verbal and written.
  • Desire to bring new customers into the CRM franchise and increase revenue. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory
  • Experience with building, developing and growing channel life cycles.

  • We are looking for a Prime Named Account Executive responsible for driving the high growth of CORE products within a set of named LATAM CBU ( Commercial Business Unit) accounts, exceeding sales objectives. This role handles all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, lead management, qualification, product demonstrations, evaluation, close and customer retention. This is a quota‐carrying sales position that plays an integral role in the success of the overall sales team.

Some of the things you’ll be doing include…

Who you are…

  • Performer. 7+ years sales and/or lead qualification experience (including outbound prospecting)
  • Versatile. Proficient in both English and Spanish is required. Ability to communicate at a business level, both verbal and written.
  • Outstanding Salesperson. Desire to bring new customers into the CRM franchise and increase revenue. Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory
  • Energy and Passion. Experience with building, developing and growing channel life cycles.
  • Technically Savvy. Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred.
