Job Description
The O2C Global Process Analyst will collaborate with Finance BPR, Business Partners, and IS&T to develop global and scalable solutions for GBS. This role involves creating business requirements documents in partnership with the O2C pillar, and advocating for O2C requirements in BRD reviews and Gap reviews. The analyst will represent O2C throughout the project lifecycle, particularly during key milestones such as Playbacks, UAT, and PVT. Regular project updates will be provided to GBS management, with prompt identification and communication of risk areas.
