Act in the support of service routines, in the area of critical performance analysis, allowing the monitoring and treatment of deviations found, in interaction with interested parties, recording in the system and issuing reports according to the governance established for each type of demand.
Foreign Trade, Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Development, Information Technology Management, or related courses.
Availability to work hybrid in Imbetiba/Imboassica (3 times a week).
