Position Overview:

The will be responsible for compilation and delivery of assigned operational tasks. Timeliness, accuracy, and completeness is key. This candidate needs to be able to communicate to multiple people internal and external to the organization. The needs a keen eye for detail, a passion for process improvement and the ability to think critically in ambiguous situations.

• Candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Dynamics 365 and ServiceNow experience are a plus
• Able to communicate professionally and clearly through all communication forums (Microsoft Teams, email, and phone)
• Manage escalations in a professional manner
• Maintain timely rigor for operational processes
• Ability to analyze data and provide solutions and/or feedback
• Ongoing maintenance of documented processes
• Implement, develop, and maintain operational processes to drive program success
• Weekly, monthly, Quarterly team performance reporting

• Bachelor’s degree and business, IT – or related field
