The Paid Media Coordinator will manage paid media campaigns across Latin America. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns, managing budgets, expanding campaigns in key Hispanic markets (Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile), analyzing performance, overseeing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), running A/B tests, collaborating with teams, and managing agencies. The role requires a strategic mindset and a focus on improving ad performance.

- Familiarity with attribution models.

Must Have:- 2+ years of paid media campaign management experience.
- Knowledge of Brazilian and Hispanic markets.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Proven ability to increase conversion rates and improve ad performance.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills.
