Flow is seeking an experienced Paid Social Specialist to manage campaign strategy, execution, and iteration across social platforms. The role involves optimizing funnels, launching and managing paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and tuning daily performance. Responsibilities include owning campaign structure, audience segmentation, budget allocation, analyzing performance, leading testing loops for creative and copy, and translating data into actionable decisions for growth and brand teams. Collaboration with creative and copy teams is essential for testing various angles and hooks.
Must have:
  • 5-10+ years Meta buying experience
  • Optimize paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

About the Role

Flow is seeking an experienced Paid Social Specialist. In this role, you’ll run point on campaign strategy, execution, and iteration across the various social platforms, turning insights into scale and scrolls into conversions. This role is built for someone who thinks fast, works fast, and lives deep in the weeds of campaign structure, creative rotation, and performance lift. If you’ve spent time optimizing funnels for real estate, hospitality, or subscriptions, all the better.

We will only consider applicants with hands-on campaign experience and examples of past performance wins.

Responsibilities:

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other performing platforms.
  • Own campaign structure, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and daily performance tuning.
  • Analyze performance daily and lead rapid testing loops across creative, copy, audiences, and placements.
  • Collaborate closely with creative and copy teams to test angles, hooks, and placements.
  • Translate pixel, CAPI, and attribution challenges into clear, effective solutions.
  • Track creative fatigue, identify patterns, and keep a pulse on what’s actually converting.
  • Communicate performance updates with clarity and speed.
  • Act as a trusted partner to growth, brand, and leadership—translating data into decisions.

Ideal Background:

  • 5–10+ years of Meta buying experience with meaningful budget ownership and optimization wins.
  • Clear understanding of funnel stages, CPA targets, ROAS benchmarks, and audience hierarchies.
  • Proven track record scaling acquisition campaigns across multiple channels with positive ROI
  • Experience working alongside design teams to develop and refine high-performing assets.
  • Strong familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, TikTok for Business, and YouTube.
  • Deep knowledge of auction mechanics, conversion optimization, custom events, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Preference for those with domain experience in real estate, hospitality, or recurring revenue models.
  • Highly autonomous, execution-focused, and relentlessly curious about what works.
