Eureka, which operates "Pairs," one of Japan's largest dating and matchmaking apps, will hold the Pairs 1 Day Internship.

1 Day Internship Overview

In this internship, we will lecture on how Pairs' products are planned and developed, using real-world examples, and also conduct a business planning workshop for students. The theme is "Pairs' further growth strategy." Teams will be responsible for hypothesis building, planning, and presentations.

On the day, members actually in charge of product development and marketing will accompany as mentors. In the final presentation, judging members, including Eureka's leaders, will provide feedback, and the most outstanding team will be awarded.

For those who wish to be active as product managers or business planning professionals in the future, this is a day to hone your business thinking and planning skills through real-world experience and practical output.

• Our Minato Ward Head Office: Mita, Minato Ward, Tokyo
• Nearest stations to the office: Akabanebashi or Azabu-Juban Station
• Detailed address will be individually notified to those who are confirmed to participate in the 1 Day Internship.

Application Requirements (Mandatory)

• Currently enrolled in a four-year university, graduate school, technical college, or vocational school, aged 18 or older, and not currently employed as a full-time employee (no restrictions on academic year, faculty, or major).
• Able to come to our office and participate in the 1 Day Internship all day.
• Possess Japanese language proficiency to communicate fluently in reading, writing, and speaking.

Preferred Requirements

• Strong interest in working as a long-term intern for 6 months or more.
• Aspiring to a career in PdM (Product Manager) or product development in the future.
• Strong interest in dating apps/romance market.
• Possess English language proficiency to read, write, and have simple conversations.

• Possess the mental stamina to continuously seek the best solution.
• Strong intellectual curiosity.
• High motivation for growth.
