Job Description

Tesla is seeking a Parts Advisor in Netanya to support their service operations. Responsibilities include managing warehouse flow (sourcing, allocating, receiving, picking, and shipping parts), ensuring part quality and accuracy, coordinating with teams and suppliers, resolving minor escalations, and communicating effectively with service teams and suppliers. The ideal candidate will have warehousing and logistics experience (automotive industry preferred), excellent communication skills (English fluency), digital proficiency, and teamwork abilities. Shift work, including weekends, is required.

Our Parts Advisors play an important role in service operations, offering parts support to our Service Centers and Mobile Service. We’ve created one of the most innovative vehicles ever made, and you will help ensure an equally innovative service for customers.



What You’ll Do

You will

  •  Manage warehouse flow: You will source and allocate parts as needed to fulfil our service commitments. You will also be responsible for receiving, picking, shipping, and assist the team with and without supervision according to skill level.
  •  Ensure top quality: Receiving parts, we trust you to ensure the quality and accuracy of parts and paperwork delivered with attention to detail.
  •  Coordinate & Collaborate: To ensure parts availability you collaborate across teams and work closely with suppliers. You review jobs and plan accordingly. You will manage minor escalations and collaborate with relevant internal teams to solve problems.
  •  Communicate: To provide a seamless experience for our customers, you keep a high level of communication with local Service teams and suppliers.
What You’ll Bring

You are

  •  Experienced: You have professional experience within warehousing and logistics, (preferably from automotive industries).
  •  Interested & fast learner: We don’t require you to be an automotive expert, but we expect you to have a genuine car interest and always be eager to learn more.
  •  A skilled communicator: You speak and write English and know how to get your point across clearly and respectfully.
  •  Digitally savvy: You have the ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems.
  •  Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team. This includes weekends as well as morning and evening shifts.
  •  Safe to drive: We require you to hold a valid driver’s license in Israel.
  •  Eligible: to work in Israel.
