As a People Excellence Specialist, you’ll be a trusted partner to team managers, supporting them through PEX initiatives to grow as leaders, build stronger teams and champion engagement. This is your chance to blend your admin and coordination skills with facilitation, engagement coaching, and creativity in a role where every action helps managers succeed and teams thrive.
Your Mission:
- Act as a trusted advisor to team managers, supporting them in bringing people excellence strategies to life with real impact.
- Understand our global strategies and how PEX initiatives drive business success, develop strong leaders and teams.
- Shape, run, and track leadership workshops for entry-level employees in Operations and/or team managers that drive growth and real impact.
- Support the PEX Lead by coordinating workshop logistics and taking the lead on planning manager sessions, keeping them in the loop on progress.
- Help in creating L&D programs that breathe Evolution’s values and culture into every learning experience.
- Use our learning platforms – from LMS to microlearning tools – to create smooth and engaging growth journeys.
- Track program data, draw insights, and suggest improvements that make learning more effective.
- Be the engagement champion and coach – supporting managers through surveys, follow-ups, and actions that build inspired, connected teams – share your insights with the PEX Lead to improve local strategies.
- Support onboarding and retention initiatives, helping managers set their people up for success from day one and build strong, lasting connections.
What You Bring:
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in HR (or related field) – or equivalent hands-on experience.
- At least 1 year of experience across different people areas (like onboarding, engagement, or development).
- Communication skills that connect, influence, and build trust – plus an analytical mindset to back it up with insights.
- Strong coordination and admin skills that keep workshops, sessions, and projects running smoothly.
- Confidence in facilitation or training – ability to guide a room and make learning engaging.
- Keen on using MS Office, especially PPT and Excel, to design engaging presentations and track insights effectively.
- A can-do and proactive mindset – combining independence, adaptability, and the willingness to learn with an inclusive approach in a fast-paced environment.
