Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

##### With us, you can:

• plan and implement international campaigns for user acquisition and re-engagement – so that good ideas lead to measurable success
• use your analytical talent, evaluate KPIs, identify optimization potential, and create reports/forecasts
• collaborate with the graphics team: conceive creative assets and landing pages and optimize them through A/B tests
• shape and develop your own area of responsibility
• co-develop release strategies and launch games in stores like Steam

##### We imagine that you:

• bring several years of experience and demonstrable success in performance marketing, ideally with Google, Meta, or Reddit Ads
• have a genuine interest in the gaming market and a well-stocked game library
• have completed a marketing degree or comparable education
• work data-driven and confidently with tracking and analysis tools
• bring strong communication skills and very good English language skills
