YOUR OPPORTUNITY:
The selected service technician will report to the Service Supervisor of the reference area and will be responsible for carrying out the assigned pest control technical service activities in compliance with company procedures.
DESCRIPTION OF THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
a) Safely carry out all planned treatments, in full compliance with the received provisions, procedures, and the Company's quality system, paying attention to the safety indications provided either through the Risk Assessment sheet or by the Manager or the Client through the Risk Assessment Document.
b) Accurately and correctly complete all parts of the work reports related to the services performed, in compliance with the Company's procedures, with the aim of achieving Customer satisfaction.
c) Acquire and enhance a good technical knowledge of the work, pests and their bio-ethology, methods of combat, control, and monitoring, by participating in training courses and every internal or external training session organized by the Company.
d) Ensure the correct use and custody of company vehicles and tools assigned to the Service, with particular regard to aspects related to safety, decorum, efficiency, and productivity.
e) Report on the activity carried out daily, in compliance with company instructions and procedures, using company tools for recording treatments performed and automatic compilation of the daily report.
f) Generate as many sales leads as possible, conforming to the regulations in force from time to time.

● Sense of responsibility and urgency
● Ability to work in a team and in urgent situations
● Computer: basic IT skills and ability to use IT tools (smartphone, etc.)
● Studies: preferential diploma in agricultural/chemical expert or previous experience of at least 1/2 years in a similar function in the service sector
