Job Description

As a Platform Campaign Management role, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce promotional activities, such as mega campaigns, to drive platform growth and establish user consumption mentality. You will manage the entire campaign project lifecycle, from planning and execution to real-time monitoring and reporting. This includes analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and staying informed about competitors' strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of campaign execution is also crucial.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Proven e-commerce campaign management experience
  • Experience in handling merchandise strategy for campaigns
Good to have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in e-commerce
  • Experience in campaigns or livestream
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting

About our team Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. In this role, you will develop and execute promotional activities such as mega campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish the consumption mentality of platform users. Responsibilities - Develop and execute e-commerce promotion activities such as mega campaigns and other campaigns to drive platform growth and to establish the e-commerce consumption mentality of platform users - Familiar with the merchandise strategy for campaigns, be able to plan key metrics for recruitment coverage - Responsible for full-cycle campaign project management; planning, hands-on execution, real-time monitoring, and reporting - Conduct post-mortem campaign analysis to identify innovative improvements in campaign performance and processes - Good market insights involve understanding competitors' strategies and tactics to formulate competitive strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the overall quality of campaign execution
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimally 3-5 years of relevant experience - Proven experience in end-to-end e-commerce campaign management - Proven experience in handling merchandise strategy for campaigns Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor or Master's degree with working experience in e-commerce, specialising in campaigns or livestream - Experience with data analysis and reporting
