We aim to boldly move forward to create an unprecedented mobile interactive UGC (User-Generated Content) platform.

OVERDARE is a mobile-based UGC platform where users can create various games such as action RPGs, sports games, and shooter games. Users can easily create high-quality content using generative AI and Unreal Engine 5. In addition to game creation, various social activities such as avatar customization and chatting are also possible.

Furthermore, we have introduced a C2E (Create-to-Earn) system where content creators can create various works in the metaverse space, and users can purchase and own these works. Artwork transactions are based on NFTs and blockchain, and all transaction details are recorded on the blockchain to enhance transparency and reliability of transactions and settlements.

We firmly believe that a new platform full of diverse joys, never before experienced, will be born from the combination of Krafton's technology, which created PUBG, and Naver Z's experience, which created Zepeto. OVERDARE is building a next-generation mobile UGC game platform where anyone can create and enjoy 3D games.

The Platform Product Department handles the overall OVERDARE app and Creator Hub, designing experiences for both players and creators.

We are looking for someone who will work with us to solve new challenges that cross the boundaries between games and platforms.

Role

• This position is a PO responsible for the player user experience within OVERDARE's platform products, specifically focusing on avatar customization, economic systems (currency, shops, etc.), and progression systems (levels, missions, rewards, etc.).

Our Team's Mission

• Establish product strategy and roadmap for avatar, economic, and progression features.
• Plan progression/avatar-related content and events.
• Design systems and define features to improve user retention.
• Design products considering the structure between platform and game.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, etc., to define clear specifications and execute.
• Plan improvements based on user behavior data.

We want to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)

• Over 5 years of experience in product planning/operation/design or related fields.
• Experience in designing games, community platforms, or complex structured services.
• Experience collaborating and leading various job functions.
• Ability to define structural problems and execute solutions.
• Proficiency in planning document creation, prioritization, and schedule management.

• Experience in designing game meta systems such as avatars, currency, and reward systems.
• Interest and understanding of technical structure and development environment.
• Experience in event/content planning and operation.
• Experience in data-driven problem solving and improvement cycles.
• Familiarity with handling complex and undefined problems.
