Zelis is seeking a Senior PPC Specialist with 3-5 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in search engine advertising to maximize ROI and drive high-quality traffic. Key responsibilities include developing and executing PPC campaigns, conducting keyword research, monitoring performance, managing budgets, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure effective ad messaging.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Set up and manage ad groups, budgets, and bidding strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with PPC advertising trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams for cohesive ad messaging.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports.
  • Identify and capitalize on new PPC expansion opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to PPC campaigns.
  • Hands-on PPC experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with PPC.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior PPC Specialist with 5-7 years of experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and expertise in search engine advertising to maximize ROI and drive high-quality traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize ad copy and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Set up and manage ad groups, budgets, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC advertising and implement them in our campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure cohesive and effective ad messaging.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to expand our PPC efforts and reach new audiences.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to PPC campaigns.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-5 years of hands-on PPC experience in Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform campaign strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC strategies.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications.
  • Experience managing high-budget PPC campaigns with a focus on lead generation or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of automation tools and AI-driven bidding strategies.
