About Us
Founded in June 2019, Airstrafe Interactive (www.airstrafeinteractive.com) is an indie Los Angeles game studio developing our debut title, Saleblazers (www.saleblazers.com), a multiplayer shopkeeping survival game slated for winter Early Access release on Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/1419850/Saleblazers/).

Our Need:
We are seeking producers with excellent leadership, writing, and communication skills to join our team to help us ship Saleblazers and develop future projects. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing the production of Saleblazers and future projects.

You will be prioritizing, assigning, following up on, and monitoring tasks while liaising with other departments to ensure everyone is on task and the game is shipped on schedule.

More specifically, you can expect to:
- Analyze capacity and available resources to schedule and prioritize tasks as well as create methods and workflows to achieve project goals on time
- Facilitate positive communication, organization, process, accountability, and problem-solving within and among departments
- Ensure full visibility and seamless alignment among departments
- Collaborate with departments to develop plans and schedules
- Identify roadblocks and bottlenecks and facilitate solutions
- Ensure project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on time
- Provide progress updates to senior leadership 

You will succeed if you have:
- 1+ years of relevant full-time professional work experience
- 1+ year experience working in a live game environment
- 1+ shipped games credited as Producer or equivalent
- Experience with UnityExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong task, schedule, organization, analytical, management, planning, and time management skills
- A proactive and independent personality with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and urgency that takes initiative and follows through
- Ability to work well under pressure, motivated by pressure and deadlines
- A positive and calm personality that celebrates success and mitigates difficulties
- Passion for playing and making games
- Strong knowledge of the game market and platforms
