About the Company
At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.
Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.
About the Role
The DeepSky team is Flow’s product innovation hub, pushing the boundaries of how digital platforms, smart home technology, and property management systems connect. We’re looking for a Product Design Leader—someone who thrives on both setting vision and getting hands-on with design. This person will shape the digital foundation of Flow’s property management systems and connected living solutions by leading design strategy while also actively designing and building with the team.
Unlike traditional leadership roles that step away from day-to-day design, this leader will balance management and mentorship with direct contribution. They will mentor a small but growing team of designers, set standards, and ensure alignment across DeepSky initiatives, while also rolling up their sleeves to prototype, refine, and deliver product design work.
This role requires a strong ability to collaborate with engineering, growth, and product partners to deliver seamless, intuitive, and meaningful software experiences that transform how residents, operators, and partners interact with our ecosystem.
A portfolio is required for consideration.

- Design intuitive experiences that integrate IoT, automation, and connected home technology into everyday living
- Partner with engineering, product management, and data science to bring insights to life and influence company-wide strategy through design thinking
- Turn research, resident feedback, and behavioral insights into actionable improvements and breakthrough opportunities.
- Measurement & Impact: Collaborate with analytics to track engagement, adoption, and satisfaction—using data to refine and elevate design outcomes
