  • Audit and improve existing user flows, UI patterns, and information architecture for consistency and clarity.

  • Maintain and expand our design system in Figma, ensuring scalable and cohesive UI components.

  • Collaborate closely with the engineering, business, and sales teams and internal stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

  • Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and process improvements for UX and product design.

✅ Strong grasp of UI fundamentals: usability, accessibility, interaction patterns, and responsive design

✅ Visual design skills: confident in typography, layout, spacing, and color usage

✅ Proficiency in Figma: component logic, prototyping, and working within or improving a design system

✅ Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments and collaborating across design and engineering

Bonus Points

➕ Experience designing for healthcare, enterprise tools, or data-heavy platforms

➕ Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.0)

➕ Understanding of Material Design or similar component-based design systems

➕ Background in frontend or product thinking beyond design

Additional Information

This is a remote-first position.
