As a Product Enablement Specialist, this is what you’ll be doing:

As a Product Enablement Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping QS product teams more effectively engage and influence both prospective and existing customers—primarily higher education institutions—by translating product value into compelling, insight-led narratives.

You will support the creation of engaging enablement materials, data-backed stories, and presentation content that bring our products to life for diverse audiences. Your work will directly contribute to how we communicate the purpose, benefits, and impact of our solutions, helping prospects understand how we solve their challenges and helping clients unlock more value from the tools they already use. This is a dynamic role at the intersection of marketing, sales enablement and customer engagement—ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, crafting great content, and shaping how users experience a product. You’ll develop a strong understanding of user behaviour, build assets that support sales and customer success conversations, and help improve the overall journey from first impression to long-term adoption.

Role responsibilities:

  • Translate customer insights, product usage data, and market feedback into presentations and content that showcase the value of QS products to both prospects and clients.
  • Design visually engaging and persuasive pitch decks, case studies, and product walkthroughs to support product demos, campaigns, and events.
  • Develop onboarding and education materials (e.g. getting started guides, product tips, user templates) to help customers understand and adopt key features.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure consistent messaging and enablement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the data team to extract and present insights that inform storytelling and drive engagement.
  • Contribute to customer workshops, webinars, and feedback sessions with pre-read materials, talking points, and summary content.
  • Monitor client and prospect interactions to identify content gaps and propose new resources or formats to address them.
  • Maintain a centralised repository of enablement materials, ensuring content is current and tailored for different stages of the buyer and user journey.

Key skills and experience:

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—written, visual, and verbal—with the ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to work with data (e.g. survey results, usage metrics, customer quotes) and turn it into clear, persuasive content.
  • Confidence using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Excel, or similar for content development and reporting.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across multiple functions (e.g. product, marketing, sales, customer success).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • A curious, self-driven learner who enjoys exploring how products create value and how users engage with them.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with SaaS, higher education, or product-focused teams is an advantage, but not required.
