Job Description

As a Retention Product Growth Expert at Make, you will be responsible for increasing product adoption and retention. You'll collaborate with teams like Growth, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle. This role involves developing in-product initiatives, creating engaging content, analyzing customer data, and staying informed about industry trends. The goal is to optimize the customer experience and contribute to the rapid growth of the company. You'll be expected to be proactive, data-driven, and focused on improving the user journey. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies and tools to solve real-world problems, fostering innovation and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.
Must have:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Growth or Retention Specialist.
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is a big plus.
  • Understanding of SaaS conversion funnel.
  • Hands-on Experience with A/B experiments is essential.
  • Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
Good to have:
  • Experience with product adoption tools is a big plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

As a Retention Product Growth Expert, you will be a part of our Growth team and will be responsible for driving the overall product adoption and stickiness with the ultimate goal of optimizing for the customer retention. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Growth team, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across customer lifecycle.  If you are looking for an opportunity to have a growth impact in one of the fastest growing scaleups in Europe.
