Must have:
  • Define the marketing strategy for each launch, including key messages, key audience and marketing channels
  • Equip internal teams with documentation and assets to effectively sell and support new product features
  • Develop engaging product content (web content, white papers, case studies, video scripts)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales and external vendors
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to create demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth
  • Develop content for product adoption and product usage to maximize engagement, customer retention and improve lifetime value
  • Working with Customer Success and Professional Services for onboarding, tutorials and in-product communication

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for planning and executing product launches including positioning, messaging, sales enablement tools and campaigns. You will be the bridge between Product Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure successful launch and promotion of our product offering. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Define the marketing strategy for each launch, including key messages, key audience and marketing channels
  • Equip internal teams with documentation and assets to effectively sell and support new product features (e.g., sales presentation, product demo content, battlecards)
  • Develop engaging product content (web content, white papers, case studies, video scripts) together with content specialists and graphic designers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing to create demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth
  • Develop content for product adoption and product usage to maximize engagement, customer retention and improve lifetime value
  • Working with Customer Success and Professional Services for onboarding, tutorials and in-product communication

About you

We are looking for a personable Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) who shares our values and want to be part of our success story. The successful candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who has a deep understanding of product marketing. We also think you have the following:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, with a strong focus on go-to-market campaigning
  • Ability to translate product features and technical aspects of the product into compelling messaging that resonates with the target audience and differentiates from competitors
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to create messaging and content
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, product user data and sales data to make informed decisions
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Understanding of customer journeys and personas and incorporate it in your everyday work
  • Work efficiently with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful launch
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and proficient skills in English
