Job requirements

  • Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle.

    • Experience creating and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

  • Skills:
    • Strong ability to define product strategy and communicate it to stakeholders.

    • Skilled in identifying and translating user needs and business goals into detailed product features.

    • Expertise in prioritizing tasks and making trade-off decisions to optimize resource use.

    • Tech-savvy with experience using various product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello;

  • Communication & Leadership:
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying product vision and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

    • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex challenges.

  • Analytical Skills:
    • Ability to analyze market and user data to inform product decisions and optimize features.


This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to be in the office in Fort Lauderdale from Tuesday to Thursday, while offering flexibility to work remotely on other days.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision & Strategy:
    • Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals and customer values.

    • Own and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives and user needs through data-driven insights.

  • Feature Definition & Prioritization:
    • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes.

    • Prioritize features and tasks based on business goals, user feedback, and technical constraints.

  • Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment:
    • Work closely with leadership, engineering, UX, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and goals.

    • Serve as the go-to person for product-related questions within the company.

    • A proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex challenges.

  • Product Development & Delivery:
    • Drive the development process through ambiguity, providing clarity and direction.

    • Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and releases in accordance with the roadmap.

  • User Feedback & Market Research:
    • Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.

  • Product Performance & Optimization:
    • Monitor product performance using KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize profitability and commercial success.
