Senior Full Stack Javascript Developer

Lucid Reality Labs is developing next-generation XR solutions for various sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to their mission by working with spatial computing technology. The position is primarily focused on back-end development (80%) for robust, scalable server-side solutions, with the remaining 20% involving front-end work using React. The ideal candidate is an accomplished engineer skilled in designing, optimizing, and deploying sophisticated back-end systems, while also being comfortable with front-end contributions.

Must Have

• Designing, estimating, and implementing frontend and backend architecture.
• Maintaining the existing code base.
• Creating JSON-based server APIs with generated documentation.
• Estimating and writing frontend logic in Single Page Applications.
• Collaboration with Unity developers for API integration.

Good to Have

• Experience with high-load systems
• Experience with AWS Services
• Vue.js knowledge
• Having an open-source pet project
• Experience with PostgreSQL, and any NoSQL database
• Experience with any kind of WebXR framework
• FRP (Functional Reactive Programming) knowledge

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for back-end development (approximately 80% of your tasks) to build and maintain robust, scalable server-side solutions. The remaining 20% of your responsibilities will involve front-end work using React.
