The Product Sales Specialist drives sales revenue and market development for Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro within assigned EMEA Emerging territories. This role involves direct sales, partner development, and strategic planning to achieve financial targets. Responsibilities include creating business plans, executing selling strategies, conducting best practice sessions, acting as a product expert, driving sales opportunities, collaborating with marketing, giving presentations, and staying updated on market trends to increase adoption of Autodesk solutions.
Must have:
  • Create and execute a business plan for target customer segments.
  • Plan and execute selling strategies to grow revenue and adoption.
  • Conduct best practice sessions on workflows with key customers.
  • Act as a Product Expert and help clients build ROIs.
  • Drive direct and indirect sales opportunities with internal teams and resellers.
  • Collaborate with marketing for events and business planning.
  • Act as an Autodesk representative and give presentations.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and new technologies.
  • Utilize sales collateral to develop effective sales plays.

Position overview

The Product Sales Specialist drives sales revenue and market development of focus product (Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, part of Autodesk Construction Cloud). These can be sold directly to customers, prospects, or via business development activities with partners in assigned geographies. The role is responsible for establishing Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro in the Autodesk portfolio, growing the business within the assigned territory (EMEA Emerging), and fulfilling strategic objectives of the product line, in order to achieve yearly financial targets and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a business plan which includes target customer segments, resources, and which solves business needs for the defined Territory/Industry segments
  • Plan and execute selling strategies that reflect strategic thinking, industry and technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills to grow the revenue base and/or adoption cycle for select product(s) and form strong relationships with customers/partners and other internal sales teams
  • Conduct best practice sessions on workflows within Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro/ACC with key customers to ensure maximum adoption, hence creating expansion opportunities for these clients
  • Act as a Product Expert and help clients build ROIs from their ACC investments
  • Drive both direct and indirect sales opportunities with internal Autodesk sales teams and resellers to build, maintain, and grow the opportunity pipeline within the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run/attend events in line with company growth strategies and provide guidance on business planning on an ongoing basis
  • Act as a representative of Autodesk and give presentations to client groups
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry developments, and new technologies, utilizing this information for business improvement
  • Utilize and refine sales collateral provided by technical marketing to develop effective and repeatable sales plays that lead to increased adoption of Autodesk solutions

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience (7+ years) of exceeding sales quota in the assigned territory
  • Software selling into the AECO industry is an advantage
  • Architecture Engineering and Construction industry experience is ideal
  • Knowledge of Revit/AEC solutions and workflows (experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro) is required
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and demonstrate robust industry knowledge
