Job Description

The Production Coordinator will work with artists to maintain schedules, communicate with artists and supervisors, and liaise with external studios. The role requires a solid understanding of all aspects of the animation process and a working knowledge of Shotgun. The company, established in 1999, is involved in film production, 2D & 3D animation, VFX and digital post-production and has contributed to feature films and tv-shows. They offer services for advertising and communication sectors. The company works with clients like Audi AG, BBDO, BMW AG, Daimler AG, and others.

Good To Have:

Basic understanding of production software (Maya, Houdini, Nuke, etc.).
Adobe Suite knowledge is a bonus.

Position
We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Coordinator to join our lovely team on several Animation-Film- and Episodic Projects, starting now. This is an ongoing opening.

Duties
• Working closely with the artists to ensure schedules are held
• Communication with artists and supervisors
• Liaison with external studios
• Report to Head of Production

Knowledge
• Solid understanding of all aspects of the animation process
• Working knowledge of Shotgun
• Basic understanding of software used in production (Maya, Houdini, Nuke, etc.)
• Adobe Suite a bonus but not a must!
