Production Manager - French

This role is remote, so it can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in New York, London and Warsaw.

About the role 

ElevenLabs Productions is a new marketplace that brings together AI audio tools and human experts to unlock high-quality transcripts, translations, dubs, and other audio productions in 30+ languages at scale for our users and customers.

Here are a few recent projects Productions has helped bring to life:

• Dubbing content from top YouTube creators

• Producing multi-lingual audio for TV shows and podcasts by some of the world’s most exciting media companies 

• AI voices used in feature films

As a Production Manager, you drive the success of Productions for your language, including:

• Onboarding and training linguists and other audio professionals (Producers) from your language group to use the ElevenLabs platform

• Building quality control and monitoring systems for your language to ensure the transcripts, dubs, and other content we deliver sound natural and professional-grade 

• Discovering and driving language-specific optimizations we can make to our models and platform, in close collaboration with our product team

What you bring

While we don’t require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees, the following will set you apart as a candidate for a Linguist Manager role:

• Native speaker of or native-level knowledge of one or more of the languages we support

• Experience running a text or audio production team for a language service provider (LSP), localization agency, media company, or similar for one or multiple of the following:

  • Transcripts

  • Translations

  • Dubs

  • Post-processing / mixing

• Strong attention to detail: you should have keen eyes and ears in your native language and be capable of spotting even the smallest inconsistencies or mistakes that keep something from reading or sounding 100% natural.

• Comfortable giving feedback: you will be responsible for the quality of content the team produces in your language and should feel comfortable setting and maintaining a high bar.

• Bonus points for:

  • Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform, including our transcript editor, Studio, and dubbing products

  • Native-level abilities in multiple non-English languages
