In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the Office of the CEO and executive leadership team, playing a crucial role in the operational and strategic alignment of the organization. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, streamline governance processes, and facilitate effective communication across various departments. Your analytical mindset will enable you to assess organizational performance and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiencies. In this multifaceted role, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that Clearwater Analytics remains at the forefront of the FinTech industry.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the Office of the CEO and senior leadership on organizational priorities, initiatives, and challenges.
  • Lead the development and implementation of analytical frameworks, governance processes, and program management strategies to drive operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, data analytics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10-12 years of experience in a consulting, analytical, or program management role, ideally in the FinTech industry.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience in governance process creation and management.
