We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator fluent in Chinese. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a capacity to work efficiently in a bilingual and cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines. Ensure that all tasks are completed according to schedule.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between Chinese-speaking stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication across all levels of the project.
  • Scheduling: Organize and schedule project meetings, including coordinating with team members and stakeholders in different time zones.
  • Task Tracking: Monitor project progress, track tasks, and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager. Ensure that project deadlines are met.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Utilize knowledge of the Chinese language and culture to support communication and collaboration with Chinese-speaking clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably in a bilingual or multinational environment.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Ability to translate documents and communications as needed.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Problem-solving: Basic problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Cultural Competence: Understanding of Chinese business culture and practices, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on projects in China or with Chinese companies.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific project management practices.
