Job Description

This role is for a self-directed, highly motivated Project Manager who excels in customer and partner-facing roles. Responsibilities include coordinating resources for customer support, workshops, and rule diagnostics, ensuring proper customer setup, and managing project information. The Project Manager will lead customer projects, track progress, manage budgets, and document risks, aiming to manage a sustainable project management portfolio within a year.
Must have:
  • Coordinate resources for setup support, workshops, and rule diagnostics
  • Confirm proper customer setup and coordinate events and webinars
  • Manage projects using Smartsheet or other project management tools, updating and organizing information
  • Confirm kickoff dates and ensure project readiness
  • Initiate staffing requests and submit tickets for architect sessions
  • Exercise discretion in discussions and involvement of relevant parties
  • 3+ years of professional work experience, with a focus on customer or partner-facing roles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong operational focus with project management capabilities
Good to have:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Who You Are:

You are a self-directed, highly motivated, and experienced professional who excels in customer and partner-facing roles. Your strengths lie in managing details with exceptional communication skills and organizational prowess. You are adept at working with various teams and geographies, maintaining a focus on operations while possessing project management capabilities.

What You will Do:

Your responsibilities will include coordinating resources for early customer support, workshops, and rule diagnostics. You will be a key communicator, ensuring the proper setup of customers and coordinating events and webinars. Your organizational skills will be crucial as you manage, and update project information ensuring the stakeholders and purchased services are being fully leveraged. Also, you will be responsible for contacting Customer Success Managers, confirming kickoff completion, and ensuring customer readiness. Your ability to discern appropriate discussions and maintain discretion in choosing whom to involve will be crucial for success.

  • Within 1-2 months you will lead customer projects by preparing project plans, meeting with internal teams and customers on a weekly basis, tracking progress and deliverable completion, maintaining project status, forecasting, and budget reporting, and documenting project risks and issues.
  • After 6 months, you will have demonstrated a strong understanding of our delivery methodology and lead significant PM duties for SASP
  • Within 1 year, you will be expected to manage all project management duties for various project types and complexity resulting in a sustainable project management portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional work experience, with a focus on customer or partner-facing roles
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in coordinating resources
  • Ability to coordinate events, webinars, and ensure proper customer setup
  • Strong operational focus with project management capabilities
  • Experience working with various teams, maintaining discretion and effective communication

Certifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Travel:

Up to 15%
