Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• Organize efficient workflows using Agile methodology (stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives);
• Ensure the team adheres to the planned project schedule and deadlines;
• Actively identify and solve obstacles that reduce team efficiency;
• Manage and monitor project scope, goals, and quality;
• Administer and continuously update tasks in the JIRA system;
• Represent the team in communication with clients;
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and other important information.
  

We expect you to:

• Have experience working in a service-providing company in the IT sector;
• Have work experience in software development;
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken;
• Possess strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills;
• Be proactive, result-oriented, and capable of solving problems independently;
• Have excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies and know how to apply them in practice;
• Have experience with task management systems (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MantisBT, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
