Unreal Engine Developer (mid/senior)

SneakyBox is a Lithuanian-based digital creative studio with a Poland branch, specializing in game development, porting, VR/AR, remasters, and art outsourcing. They are seeking an Unreal Engine Developer to join their rapidly growing team. The role involves working on various projects, ensuring timely deliverables, optimizing games across platforms, and sharing knowledge within the team. This is a fully remote position offering a unique career in the gaming industry.

Must Have

• Work in a team on various projects (Co-Dev, remasters, feature development, full cycle)
• Ensure timely deliverables and smooth communication
• Ensure games are optimized across all development platforms
• Share your knowledge or tips and tricks with the team
• In-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine (At least 2 years professional experience)
• Experience with at least one console platform (Switch, PlayStation, Xbox)
• C++ programming skills
• Knowledge of at least one source control system (git, perforce, svn)
• Good spoken & written English

Good to Have

• Experience developing multiplatform games (PC, mobile, console) on Unreal Engine
• Experience with EOS
• Experience with other engines (Unity, Godot, proprietary, etc.)
• Optimization experience
• Experience with LiveOps and backend platforms (Playfab, Nakama, custom)
• Experience with multiplayer games
• Participating in gamejams
• Passion for video and board games
