We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong business acumen to collaborate with our Enterprise Business Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate should possess a flexible business mindset and adeptness in numerical analysis, as you will oversee various cross-organizational projects. In this role, you will report to the Director, Chief of Staff. This hybrid role offers the option to utilize office spaces without a mandated number of in-office days per week, though occasional participation in office-based meetings or workshops may be required.
Must have:
  • Provide ongoing support to the Enterprise Business Chief of Staff.
  • Assist in managing and executing multiple cross-organizational projects.
  • Build high-level relationships with stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of projects and implement them independently.
  • Understand sales processes and apply this knowledge.
  • Drive excellence in business outcomes by managing multiple projects.
  • Apply creative and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems.
  • Utilize Excel, AI tools, and other Microsoft applications for data management.
  • Influence and persuade stakeholders effectively.
  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-level business environments.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Structured and organized approach, setting clear goals.
  • Value processes and compliance.
  • Comfortable managing several projects in parallel.
  • Proficiency in Excel, AI tools and Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Team management skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Understanding of sales processes and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing support to the Enterprise Business Chief of Staff, assisting in managing and executing multiple cross-organizational projects aligned with our goals and strategy
  • Build high-level relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment across various departments
  • Take ownership of projects, implementing them independently to the highest standards
  • Understand sales processes and apply this knowledge to enhance operational relationships and achieve our goals
  • Drive excellence in business outcomes by managing multiple projects across different stakeholders
  • Apply creative and strategic thinking to solve complex business problems using a data-driven approach for decision-making
  • Influence and persuade stakeholders effectively through strong communication and relationship-building skills to achieve successful business outcomes
  • Utilize Excel, AI tools, and other Microsoft applications to manage, analyze, and present data and concepts effectively, optimizing project processes

Minimum Qualificationa

  • 5+ years experience as a Project Manager within enterprise-level business environments
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy building customer relationships
  • Have a structured and organized approach, set yourself clear goals and deliver
  • You value processes and compliance
  • Are comfortable managing several projects in parallel
  • Proficiency in Excel, AI tools and comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities with the capacity to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • You show team management skills, coupled with a collaborative and inclusive mindset
  • Understanding of sales processes and tools is a must
