Do you want to work on exciting projects within high-voltage and cable or overhead line systems, and would you like to become part of a skilled team where spirits and ambitions are sky-high? Then you might be the colleague we are looking for in Energy!

The Danish electricity system is undergoing rapid development, which brings both complex challenges and exciting projects. We pride ourselves on being engaged in sustainable development that protects the environment and makes good business sense in everything we do. Our expertise in electricity and supply covers all aspects of electricity production, transmission, and distribution, as well as market analysis in all phases from analysis to programming to operation of the finished plant. Our Energy unit has offices in Herlev, Aarhus, Kolding, and Aalborg.

The green transition entails many necessary cable and overhead line connections to realize the many ambitions for connecting solar and wind production, as well as large electricity consumers such as Ptx facilities, etc. These transitions place great demands on the expansion of the electricity supply network at all voltage levels, and we are committed to helping with these tasks.

The Cable and Overhead Line group has extensive experience in our field and is ready to share all their knowledge. You will not stand alone, and depending on your profile and relevant experience, we can provide a good training program, and if you already have the relevant background and experience, you can be self-sufficient from day one.

About the tasks

Your daily work will, depending on the task, take place partly at our office and at customers' offices or construction sites.

The tasks may vary with a few or more elements of:

  • Designing line routes
  • Procuring contractor services and materials
  • Coordinating with excavation and overhead line contractors during the installation phase
  • Interacting with environmental specialists regarding installation solutions
  • Interdisciplinary coordination and sparring with constructions, environment, high-voltage substations, and operations personnel.
  • Understanding cable or overhead line technical challenges
  • Assessing and describing cable/overhead line installation possibilities and solutions
  • Technical documentation of project execution

Qualifications

We imagine that you will thrive in the job if you can see yourself fulfilling some of the following and:

  • Have worked as a technical project manager
  • Have had contact with construction sites and are willing to take the next step towards a more coordinating role
  • Have contractor knowledge and are willing to learn about the installation of cable and overhead line systems
  • Thrive in working independently to manage your projects and activities with clients
  • Have experience with cable or overhead line work, which can be an advantage
  • Are solution-oriented and can balance analysis, focus, and healthy skepticism
  • Have an education or background in the medium or high-voltage area.

Most importantly, you are a good colleague who is helpful, takes initiative, and prides yourself on being a strong culture bearer.
