The Location Support Property Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating, assessing, and reviewing vendor and contractor relationships across designated Life.Church campuses. This role will also lead campus staff to use the maintenance software and by assisting in making repairs and upkeep on maintenance at various facilities. The Property Manager utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ. This role is remote within the Kansas City area. Travel required.

What You’ll Do - Engaging in a thorough selection process for vendors and contractors and ensure proper introductions are made
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on an as needed basis and through preventative maintenance requests
- Complete walk-throughs of properties checking for needed repairs, coordinate with staff and contractors accordingly
- Complete minor, in-house repairs without the use of a contractor/vendor when necessary during site visits
- Lead staff in a way to provide awareness to the standard of excellence for Life.Church properties
- Equip staff with proper information regarding the maintenance software by training on how to utilize the ticketing system to request repairs
- Communicate regularly with campus staff members to further develop relationship
- This role is remote within the Kansas City area. Travel required.

- High School Diploma or GED
- 12 months of related work experience
