Job Description
- Experience working in the QA/QC department.
- Experience working in a production environment.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Controlling supplier quality (Material/ OS FGs) and monitoring issues until closing.
- Conducting weekly audits on the shopfloor.
- Monitoring and analyzing data (NCR, customer complaint, audit finding) to take improvement actions.
- Preparing for and responding to quality audits from outside.
- Preparing weekly reports on quality status (in-house and customer complaint).
- Graduated from college or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience, including managing a QC team of about 10-15 people.
- Problem-solving skills, conflict management, logical thinking, and effective communication skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Proficient in using computers and Microsoft software (Excel, Power Point, Word), including basic Excel functions (if, ifs, sumif, sumifs, vlookup, pivot table, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand English documents related to error standards.

Qualifications
- Graduated from college or higher.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the QA/QC department or having worked in a production environment.
- Have at least 1 year of experience and have managed a QC team of about 10-15 people.
