Job Description

The Quality Engineer monitors manufacturing process conformity, intervenes in deviations, and facilitates problem-solving. Key responsibilities include interpreting customer requirements, leading problem-solving, ensuring product compliance, and communicating with customers. The role involves monitoring performance indicators, participating in APQP, system release, FMEA, and feasibility study meetings, and developing monitoring plans to maintain quality standards.
Must have:

  • Facilitate problem-solving groups
  • Study, interpret, and apply specific customer requirements
  • Lead the problem-solving process
  • Ensure compliance with product requirements
  • Have the authority to stop production and shipping
  • Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback
  • Ensure compliance with customer expectations
  • Monitor various VOP or VOC indicators
  • Raise awareness of risks or deviations
  • Lead multidisciplinary approach to rectify the situation
  • Participate in APQP phase transitions
  • Participate in system release meetings and raise awareness of non-feasibility
  • Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings
  • Participate in feasibility study meetings
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with monitoring plans
  • Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good verbal and written communication in English

Description:

Monitor the conformity of the manufacturing process and intervene in the event of internal or external deviation or failure to achieve the objectives set through the facilitation of problem-solving groups.

Among Your Roles :

  • Study, interpret, and apply specific customer requirements.
  • Lead the problem-solving process.
  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance with product requirements and have the authority to stop production and shipping.
  • Communicate with the customer and provide timely feedback, ensuring compliance with customer expectations.
  • Monitor various VOP or VOC indicators and raise awareness of risks or deviations, leading the entire multidisciplinary approach to rectify the situation.
  • Participate in APQP phase transitions.
  • Participate in system release meetings and raise awareness of non-feasibility.
  • Participate in process FMEA analysis meetings.
  • Participate in feasibility study meetings.
  • Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with monitoring plans.

Your background :

  • Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position in industry
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
