How can you contribute to the change and development of the company?

• Supervision of production quality inspectors and quality technicians.
• Initiating and managing QRQC processes (quick response to quality issues).
• Support in problem analysis and verification of the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Management of quality monitoring reports (customer returns, PPM, cost of non-quality).
• Performing production line audits to verify compliance with standards.
• Representing customer interests in quality matters.
• Participation in customer FAI (First Article Inspection).
• Ensuring proper change management and documentation updates.
• Supervision of storage, transport, planning, equipment, bonding related work, joint testing, subcontractors, and documentation.

What do we need to know about you?

• Experience in a similar quality position for at least 5+ years
• Experience leading a smaller team will be an advantage
• High school / university technical focus
• Excellent knowledge of English and Czech language
• Experience with production transfers highly welcome
