- Disciplinary management of the technical project managers.
- Technical leadership of the global R&D team for the development of ADAS solutions.
- Responsibility for system and component development of innovative active safety functions (system design, specification, development, integration and testing) taking functional safety into account according to ISO 26262.
- Coordination of system behavior and functional requirements with internal and external project partners.
- Monitoring compliance with project specifications for system development (dates, milestones, quality).
- Driving the change and error management.
- Creation of development documentation according to Automotive SPICE.
- Coordination, support and control of internal and external development partners as well as other services in the product development process.
- Identification and development of the potential of the team and individual team members.
- Hiring new employees, responsibility for the targeted training and further development of employees.
