Job Description

This isn’t your typical reception role! As part of a lively, dynamic team, you’ll collaborate across departments, work on exciting projects and connect with innovative people. You’ll be the first person our employees and visitors interact with, handling admin tasks, managing maintenance requests, coordinating contractors, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Your adaptability and confidence will help keep the office running smoothly.
Must have:
  • Provide friendly assistance to internal and external stakeholders arriving at the office.
  • Ensure visitors sign in and the reception area is well-presented.
  • Manage mail and parcel distribution across the office.
  • Assist with new staff onboarding, including preparing welcome packs.
  • Log maintenance requests and manage contractors on-site.
  • Collaborate with the Workplace Experience team to create a great office atmosphere.
  • Ensure reception coverage and manage security passes.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks, office fit-outs and events.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the security team and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and able to take initiative.
  • Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Good to have:
  • A year or more in a reception, admin or EA role.
  • Sports & Gambling knowledge advantageous.
  • Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Jira.

Your Role with Us

As the face of our business, you’ll be the first person our employees and visitors interact with, whether they're attending a meeting or interview. As part of the workplace experience team, you will support the team’s leaders by ensuring everything runs smoothly. From handling admin tasks to managing maintenance requests and coordinating contractors, you'll be juggling various responsibilities, all while building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level. Your adaptability and confidence will help keep the office running like clockwork! You’ll also manage deliveries, assist with new employee starter packs and handle building passes.
