Job Description

Join the EMEA Recruitment team and play a key role in growing the Sales, Service & Delivery organization. Primarily recruit for core SSD positions across the Netherlands (Service Technicians, Sales Advisors, Service Managers, and Store Managers). Based at EMEA HQ in Amsterdam, you'll partner with hiring managers, own the end-to-end recruitment process, leverage data-driven insights, actively source candidates, ensure exceptional candidate experience, and collaborate with other teams. The role demands 360° recruitment experience, strong sourcing and negotiation skills, ability to manage high-volume recruitment, excellent stakeholder management, and fluency in English & Dutch.

Join our EMEA Recruitment team, where you’ll play a key role in growing our Sales, Service & Delivery organization—the backbone of our customer experience.

In this role, you’ll primarily recruit for core SSD positions across the Netherlands, including Service Technicians, Sales Advisors, Service Managers, and Store Managers. You’ll be a part of our Region West team, which consists of four talented recruiters who support hiring in Benelux and France. 

This role is based onsite at our EMEA HQ in Amsterdam.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and shape hiring strategies
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment pipelines and hiring decisions
  • Actively source top candidates through multiple channels
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
  • Collaborate with other Recruitment- and People teams across EMEA
What You’ll Bring
  • 360° recruitment experience (agency and/or corporate)
  • Strong skills in sourcing, talent assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Proven ability to hire at scale and manage high-volume recruitment
