Job Summary
Job Description
This role is responsible for fostering and managing relationships between CENPES and various innovation ecosystem stakeholders, including universities, research institutes, startups, and government bodies, both domestically and internationally. The position involves assisting in CENPES's relationship strategy, organizing meetings and events, and optimizing interaction processes, including monitoring and evaluating ecosystem engagements.
Must have:
- Promote and manage relationships between CENPES and innovation ecosystem actors (universities, institutes, startups, companies, O&G operators, government bodies).
- Assist in CENPES's relationship plan, including organizing meetings, events, and presentations with relevant institutions.
- Structure and optimize relationship processes, including monitoring and evaluating ecosystem interactions.
Good to have:
- MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related areas
- Certifications in project management and agile methodologies

Job Details
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of over 6 years in activities related to the attributions;
- Advanced English.
EDUCATION
- Higher education in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related fields.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship or related areas, and certifications related to project management and agile methods.
ATTRIBUTIONS
- Responsible for promoting and fostering the relationship between CENPES and the different actors of the innovation ecosystem, including, but not limited to, universities, science and technology institutes, startups, companies, O&G operators, and governmental bodies, both in Brazil and abroad;
- Will assist in CENPES's relationship plan, which includes promoting meetings, events, and presentations with institutions of interest, inside and outside CENPES, as well as structuring and optimizing relationship processes, including monitoring and evaluating interactions with the ecosystem.
