Job Description

Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Relationship Manager to professionally support and develop client portfolios in the B2B sector across Austria. The role involves integrating solutions in Sales & Marketing, Finance & Risk, and Compliance & Sustainability into client processes, managing the entire client lifecycle from needs analysis to contract closure, and conducting contract negotiations at the C-level. Collaboration with internal sales teams and stakeholders, networking at events, and using Salesforce CRM are key responsibilities. Must have:
  • Professional support and development of B2B customer portfolios in Austria.
  • Integration of solutions in Sales & Marketing, Finance & Risk, Compliance & Sustainability.
  • Full client support from needs analysis to contract closing.
  • Contract negotiations and offer preparation at C-level.
  • Close collaboration with sales teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Networking at trade fairs, customer events, and sales-relevant events.
  • Professional customer management using Salesforce (CRM).
  • Completed business studies or comparable education.
  • Sales experience, especially B2B, in solution-oriented areas.
  • Interest in data, technologies, and trends like Compliance & Sustainability.
  • Willingness to learn complex solutions/products.
  • High motivation, engagement, and drive.
  • Negotiation skills and strong communication.
  • Dynamic, results-oriented personality.
  • Professional and confident demeanor.
  • Strong customer and team orientation.
  • Goal and solution-oriented.
  • Very good German and English (written and spoken).

Deine Herausforderungen im Job:

    • Professionelle Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des eigenen Kundenportfolios im B2B Bereich für gesamt Österreich
    • Weiterentwicklung und Integration unserer Lösungen im Bereich Sales & Marketing, Finance & Risk sowie Compliance & Sustainability in die Prozesslandschaft unserer Kunden
    • Rundumbetreuung des Kunden von der Bedarfsanalyse, Beratung und Empfehlung des für den Kunden optimalen Lösungspakets
    • Vertragsverhandlungen, Angebotslegung bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss auf C-Level Ebene
    • Enge Zusammenarbeit im Sales Team sowie mit den internen Stakeholdern (Consulting/Go to Market/Marketing) welche dich im Sales Prozess unterstützen
    • Networking auf Messen, Kundenveranstaltungen und vertriebsrelevanten Events
    • Professionelles Kundenmanagement mittels Salesforce (CRM-System)
